This chapter will demonstrate all four analytic programs that you will be using during your time with The Digital Engine. It is critically important that you learn how to monitor and make strategic based decisions from the collected data. Therefore, at a minimum, a weekly audit is needed of each of the following analytic platforms:
- Google Analytics: Connected to your website during setup, this will track all traffic in and out of your WordPress website while monitoring your lead gen processes.
- Social Platform Analytics: Provided with each of your social media accounts, these platform analytics will advise you on user engagement on each of the major social media sites.
- Email Analytics: Demonstrated through your email marketing service, this provides data on open and click-through rates, as well as subscriber engagement.
- InGen Analytics: Our self-developed process by which participants weekly self-report data across all three of the previous platforms to create a holistic viewpoint on progress within each of subcategory, including Brand Awareness, Brand Acquisition, and Brand Retention.
