Online Intake Forms

Up through Level 4, you have been creating all of your assets including your online intake forms through a plugin called Ninja Forms. There are many online form plugins that can be used to collect data from online users. Again, for the sake of continuity and reduce costs, we use Ninja Forms in this course. However, any of the major online intake form plugins will basically capture the same content in the same way. For college students, we require Ninja Forms to standardize customer support processes. Below is an example of Lauren’s Contact Me form created through Ninja Forms on her website.
