Email Marketing Campaign

To assist all students, The Digital Engine chooses as many free third-party applications while creating a fully-functional inbound marketing campaign. Therefore, for email marketing services, we require that all higher educational students use MailChimp. This is not required for continuing education participants since their email campaigns could be already established with one of the many other email marketing service firms. We specifically use MailChimp in the 8-week practicum with college students because the first two-thousand names on contact lists within their system is free. Over many years of teaching this course at the higher ed level, we still have yet discovered any student that has acquired more than 2000 contacts in less than 8-weeks; therefore, this model continues to fit to scale for our higher ed students.
