Next, in working through Level 3 content, Lauren chose her three primary target markets to focus her channel communications, including college students, working women, and people interested in travel as a hobby. Next, she determined that she would consistently discuss topics such as travel locations, travel budgets, travel style/clothing, and travel stories from herself and others. Finally, she choose to three social media channels to distribute this content which included Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Combining all of this into a content matrix that helped her determine what and how to create and curate content that best suited her target markets, Lauren created the content matrix that you see below.
