CRM Database

New to Level 7 in the Fall of 2022 will be the creation of a CRM database connected to your branded website. To limit expenses, higher ed students will be using the free version of Zoho CRM, installing the Zoho API for their WordPress website. Continuing ed participants are welcome to use Zoho CRM as well, or if you are already using a different CRM software, then please continue using your current database program. If you are already very familiar with your own CRM program, then translating the processes of Zoho CRM instruction back to your own CRM processes will not be difficult.
