Level 6 assists you in diving deeper into the analytics associated with each of your communication channels, including their blog, social media, and email marketing channels. In the first chapter, you will review Google Analytics to monitor the health of your website and to monitor the effectiveness of their blog content. The second chapter refocuses on the social media strategies of current digital trends when driving traffic to and from these platforms. It concludes with a curated focus on digital marketing strategies for improving your organic reach across multiple social media channels using the platform analytics of each channel to make more informed content and styling decisions. The final chapter concludes this level discussing strategies for email marketing improvements for increasing both opens and click-throughs. Information regarding current email tactics is discussed and left up to you about specific email implementations that may fit your content category and be deployed to increased email effectiveness.
Assignments in these chapters are used to help you reflect on previous strategies used across each of your communication channels, compare those strategies to previous timely analytics to assess effectiveness, and then challenge you to consider alternative communication strategies, if needed. For higher education participants, weekly reporting named InGen Analytics are used to assess each student’s progress in their class. Mean and standard deviations are reported to each student every week comparing that student’s progress verses every other student in the class. Using these assignments in conjunction with not only Google Analytics’ new GA4 data streams, social media platform analytics, and email analytics, the InGen Analytic reports help students to gauge their progress in the class on the average. Specifically, sub-categorical “grades” across Brand Awareness, Brand Acquisition, and Brand Retention help students understand which component of their inbound campaign they need to work on the most, whereby raising their performance in the course and across the practicum. For continuing ed students, InGen Analytics help you monitor progress and growth across your websites, social media and email campaigns, demonstrating the exponential growth of fundamentally good created and curated content.
